Grilled Iberico pork jowl on rice @aburien.sg that’s executed perfectly. Generous portion of sliced pork jowl that have been torched to perfection. Every bite is an explosion of flavour from the juicy and fatty pork jowl. I topped this with an onsen egg though the lumpy egg left much to be desired.
