Without a doubt, B.B.Q Seafood serves the best sambal stingray I have had. The meat is tender and succulent slathered with generous amount of their moreish-fragrant sambal (mentioned in my previous post). Likewise, their Sambal Lala (Clams) is another ‘Must Try’ dish. It uses the same sambal that coats every. single. clam. which is so mouthwatering and super shiok!
