The dish is called Salted Egg York Stir Fried Prawn 咸蛋焗煎虾。 When the dish is served to my table i can smell the aroma of saled egg sauce fragrant. Wanted to ask for Salted Egg Gravy but it is too so i didn"t bother asking. Over all the prawn is really super juicy i can hear the crunchy sound of the prawn. Alright go there & have a try u will what i am saying.
