Even before the first course was served, we were already very impressed with the amuse-bouche/canapés and my favourite has got to be the cherries with foie gras mousse followed by the octopus and ikura on a seaweed cracker. Each of these one-biters seeks to whet your appetite and serve as a platform for the first course.
