This was my first time eating it. You can choose rice/udon with customized soup base and spiciness level. I personally like their Japanese broth as it’s lighter to the palate. The coconut broth was too heavy for me and it tasted like regular Chinese curry. 🍜🍜🍜🍲🍲🍲🍥🍥🍥
