“Buah Keluak” may have been the filling in the ravioli but the taste profile was decidedly Oriental as spring onions dominated.
After I got over the initial surprise because my expectations were skewed towards something Peranakan, I enjoyed this fusion creation for the fragrance and spot-on execution of its every aspect.
