Dish is served with red-spotted grouper, this thus explains the thick, tender texture that flakes well. The fish is laid atop a bed of red cherry shrimps, okra and pearl barley. For a unique yet well-complemented flavour, savour the fish with the coat of sambal oelek, which resembles the familiar taste of sambal stingray, and the tumeric coconut cream. We loved how well the two sauces complement each other and bring a deeper depth of flavour to the dish.
