Torio has 3 omakase menu ($80, $100 and $138) that you can choose from. We went for the Makoto which is the $100 menu and were happy with the range of very fresh and good quality seafood served. My favorites were the 3 layer otoro sushi, sashimi rice bowl (uni, chopped tuna belly and ikura), amberjack sashimi with truffle oil, amberjack with special broth and mentaiko oysters.
