This coconut cake may not be the most flattering of cakes, but it won us, especially our parents over. It was soft and fluffy, very coconut-y, and less sweet than we expected. Appreciated that the shreds of coconut flesh used were tender and sweet. We got the small 4.5 inch one that was good for 5 of us, but there’s also the bigger 7 inches one at $75.
