Served w lettuce for you to make ur ssam. Egg was v fluffy and crisped up at the bottom. Beef was really good, aggressively seasoned and super tender. Such a treat at this price point, none of that chewy, tough nonsense many joints offer. Only gripe is possibly the amount of beef, it was q thinly sliced so it wasn't that generous, but it's good enough. Highly recommended overall, pls mix everything in as the sides add crunch, sweetness and a bit of heat

Take note the paste was q salty, I would advise against removing any rice if you're stirring in all the paste. The paste was necessary as the rice and egg lacks any seasoning, only the beef was seasoned.

Btw with this plate I've finally tried everything I want to from their new menu!
