This pork is known for being clean-tasting. It certainly lives up to that, it doesn't have much smell at all in a good way.

Tips:
Go up to heat level 3 for this one to fully render the fat from the start, it hardly overcooks so blast it till it's crispy. Drain the rendered fat by tipping it slightly before taking it out of the grill
