Wasn’t expecting much from the hot plate hor fun but it left us impressed! Springy hor fun noodles had elements of crisp and char from contact with the hot pan. It was fragrant with the coating of a tasty sauce made with herbs and fish sauce. Besides the nicely scrambled eggs, we liked the flowy egg that added creaminess. It came with two fresh prawns and generous amounts of fresh and chewy squid. Only gripe was that it was on the oilier side. Overall, this brought us back to memories of Thai street food - not the most refined / healthy but certainly comforting!
