Hokkaido Snow Crab Fried Rice on Tonkotsu Gravy ($13.80)
This reminded me of the Tenshinhan I had at @ohsho_sg, which is a Chinese-influenced Jap dish, although Tenshinhan comes with a crabmeat omelette on top, whereas this was just fried rice with crab meat and egg. Similarity was that both tasted closer to something you'd get at Chinese TzeChar stalls, with gravy you'd get from Mui Fan (?) rather than Jap dishes. It's not a bad thing - I actually enjoyed this dish, because the fried rice came with wokhei as well 🤭.
