๐—›๐—ฎ๐—ป ๐—ž๐—ฒ๐—ฒ ๐—™๐—ถ๐˜€๐—ต ๐—ฆ๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—ฝ is my number 1 sliced fish soup in Singapore.

The ๐—ฆ๐—น๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ ๐—™๐—ถ๐˜€๐—ต ๐—ฆ๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—ฝ ($๐Ÿณ, ๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ๐—ถ๐˜‚๐—บ) has one of the clearest broths you will ever see, but donโ€™t be mistakenโ€”itโ€™s full of sweetness and flavour. The generous chunks of thick Batang fish are creamy white in colour, and so fresh and soft.

Although the stall always attracts a long queue at lunch hour, itโ€™s definitely worth the wait. Compared to the other popular fish soup stall (Piao Ji Fish Porridge) at Amoy Street Food Centre, one is certainly more value for money than the otherโ€ฆ
