Apart from the handmade pasta, Strong Flour also carries a variety of handmade pizza. The pizza dough is rolled and baked fresh upon order and features a thin crust — this one comes with tomato sauce, spicy salami, chili flakes and Mozzarella. Pretty decent though nothing much to shout about; some can find this salty but I find it fine (then again, I am known for having a high tolerance for salty foods and hence you might want to take this with a pinch of salt 😅). The thin crust wasn't exactly to my preference though; a little bit on the doughy side despite its thin-ness while I would have preferred it to come a little bit more crisp.
