Actually really enjoyed this as much as it looks very simple. On a crunchy garlic flatbread, it’s spread with tomato infused scrambled eggs, onions, bell peppers, scallion, and crumbled feta cheese. It was very pleasing and comforting to have! This dish is part of their Around-The-World menu that’s available on weekends for brunch between 11.30am to 4pm.
