Rounding off the excellent meal is the BBC, not the news channel, but a dessert of Beer stout ice cream, Banana cake and salted Caramel sauce.

The differing textures and flavours is such a joy to savour at the end of a meal where you get the slight bitterness from the ice cream, sweetness from the bananas and finally a savouriness from the salted caramel.
