Finally tried this highly acclaimed cheesecake after hearing so much abt ‘the Hilton’s cheesecake’. Well, they have several types of cheesecakes - blueberry, walnut. Decided to go for the good old American cheesecake

Light, velvety, suede-like consistency, this cheesecake is tangy, smooth and rich. Not bad at all! But I personally prefer my cheesecake on the dense side. My biggest gripe is with the almost non existent graham crust! 😭
