frankly, I donโ€™t get the hype. I donโ€™t mind eating the ๐˜ผ๐™—๐™ช๐™ง๐™ž ๐˜ฝ๐™ช๐™ฉ๐™– ๐™–๐™ฃ๐™™ ๐™๐™ฃ๐™–๐™œ๐™ž ๐˜พ๐™ค๐™ข๐™—๐™ค ๐™…๐™ฎ๐™ช (~$18), but I donโ€™t see myself craving it.

Plump and meaty, the Unagi could almost be good. But with the overwhelming marinade and the heavy oiliness of the Unagi fighting for flavour dominance, I couldnโ€™t enjoy this as much. ๐Ÿฑ

For a lean cut, my pork was rather fatty, with layers of fat embedded into the lean meat. For some strange reason, the marinade worked better here, and if it wasnโ€™t soggy by the time I ate this, I wouldโ€™ve enjoyed it more ๐Ÿ˜ญ
