Was blown away by the explosive umami flavors with these perfectly scorched sliced premium beef. Loved that they were lean yet tender at the same time. And so generous too! 😁

To sweeten the deal, the beautiful garlicky sauce on the beef, along with the black truffle aroma and the aftermath of the yolk porn on the flavored pearl rice blend from Niigata Koshihikari (popular for its excellent balance of sweetness, stickiness and glossiness in its taste and appearance), this bowl is really a MUST TRY! The small portion is good enough for me. If you’re famished, go for the bigger portion [$21.90].

The only downside of this place for me was that there are no side dishes you can order to share if you’re feeling peckish or greedy.
