My fav has to be the carbonara. The Chef 👨🏻‍🍳 said that the Carbonara had teriyaki sauce in it to reduce the gelatness and it really did the trick. Loved the jap fusion of the teriyaki and dried bonito! Good marriage between italian and japanese. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Their desserts are so pretty too! We had the banana split and it comes plated in a nice crescent 🌙 reminiscent of a 🌒.
