Fowl Play ($15) is a beauty that features a four-hour brined roast chicken thigh in homemade ranch dressing and cheese. Also good is Cheesus Loves You ($14) — a trinity of gooey gruyere, mozzarella and emmental cheese (get your jaffles 1-for-1 with Burpple Beyond!). Try their Ice Mocha ($7) that Burppler Rachel Löh claims to be the best in the country.
