A tart tasting dessert which doesn’t have much Matcha fragrance to it as it’s mainly filled with raspberry. I usually don’t fancy meringue but this Sakura meringue has light tasting Sakura flavour to it which gives a slight special touch to the dessert. Similar to their Matcha Mont Blanc, eating it would be messy as the tart is hard to separate into smaller pieces with a fork. Gave up eating half way through..😔
