Come for an eye-opening modern Chinese meal near the Singapore River with a fellow foodie or a fun date. Enjoy twists to classics in the Neptune Catch, Meats and Starch & Grains sections of the menu. Look out for the Oriental Codfish ($38) served with a polenta log, as well as the Tsingtao Beef Fillet ($42) — grilled Australian Augustus beef tenderloin infused with beer and served with cauliflower pommes mash. Also good is the Trio Pasta ($34) flavoured in chili crab, green pesto and sesame squid ink. Photo by Burppler Sheryl Sherbakes
