Their Spaghetti Aglio Olio won’t garner any points for authenticity, it’s tailored for local tastes, with an overpoweringly garlicky profile and some heat from bird's eye chilli. Fortunately for me, I like garlic. There's a generous portion of prawns and squid, which makes the dish quite hearty.
