This 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱 was part of my set lunch ($78++), and perhaps the highlight. The texture was beguiling — fluffy and dense whilst carrying a bit of moistness at the same time.

The truly enchanting part was in its perfect storm of flavours. It carried dainty sweet notes from that gorgeous molass glaze, which was complemented by deeper savoury notes of the licorice and stout, adding a magical breadth to its profile. Topped off with the heavenly butter, I couldn't help but wolf this down.
