Combining the flavours from both India and Thailand is by no means an easy feat, but after feasting through the Tasting Menu (3200 THB) of over 13 courses, I was clearly surprised and mind-blown the majority of the time. The dish that defines the restaurant is aptly named Corn, which took centrestage as my best dish of the evening, was a plate of grilled young corn with corn milk. Prior to this, I was kinda skeptical to how the chef is able to make a humble ingredient like corn shine, and she has managed to achieve it. The entire dining experience was a rollercoaster journey as you will be hit with familiar and unique flavours that you would not have thought of getting from the name and look of the dish. It was definitely worthy of the star and congratulations to Chef Arora for the Asia’s Best Female Chef 2019 accolade.
