Contrary to its flat and unconventional appearance, this slice of pie is in actual fact rather filling! Between two thin yet buttery and flaky layers of filo pastry, the filling is largely dominated by generous chunks of roasted chicken, interspersed by little bits of onion. Other filling options are also offered at the same price, such as spinach, feta cheese (which was recommended by the suave man-behind-the-counter😉) etc. As a self-proclaimed pastry lover, I’ll definitely be back to sample the wide spread here!
