The Brightside really is more of a bar, while they do very quite a wide range of food, don’t expect too much from them in terms of food.

But I will say, the spam fries here are mighty fine. Had a nice crisp layer on the outside and a soft, meaty bite on the inside. Sauces were a nice plus too, with Thai chilli sauce and this German curry ketchup that tasted like a tangier version of Mac’s curry sauce.
