Be transported back in time with these popular Chinese delicacies but this time round, the restaurant has given it a contemporary touch. From the Smoked Pork Trotter with Garlic Soya Sauce ($20) to Stewed Foie Gras with Spiced Superior Stock ($28), the appetisers are just a teaser to the lineup of delicious mains to come.

Both the Free Range Poached Chicken in Spiced Superior Stock with Ginger Sauce ($28) and Teochew-Style Soya Irish Duck ($30) are my favourite poultry dishes of the evening, with the latter having an excellent meat to fat ratio from the Irish duck and a nice tinge of sweetness coming from the braising liquid that contains a mixture of spices and herbs. Other dishes in this limited-time menu include the BBQ Honey Char Siew with Duck Liver and Marinated Pork Lard ($28), Steamed Glutinous Rice with Crab Meat and Chinese Sausage, and a sweet ending of Cempedak Crème Brûlée and Yuzu Cheese Tart.
