The slab of salmon was THICK and substantial. The salmon was seriously seared to perfection too, with an exterior so crisp but the interior was so tender and perfectly flakey. Thumbs up to their chef for cooking such a good salmon 😂💯 Their rice isn't really flavoured by the way, but the rice bowl does come with a dollop of mayo(?) which you can mix it if you don't quite fancy your rice plain.
