A very unique experience with the blend of truffle and Wanton mee. The truffle oil gave an aromatic fragrance however upon first bite, it's flavour is light and not very distinct. They didn't include chilli because it would overwhelm the taste of truffle. Which makes the noodles kinda plain. Perhaps adding soy sauce would make it tastier. Still the noodles are indeed springy and well cooked. Char siew have a mild sweet taste, and Wanton are mediocre. Overall it's quite pricey if you opt for the truffle wanton mee, however i guess it's worth trying for the first time.
