The server was kind enough to cut the pieces open, revealing the goodness hiding beneath the crisp tempura exterior. Hot mushy mango was incredibly sweet, balancing out the saltiness of the prawn piece (yes, it came fish-cake style if I’m not wrong. Still, it had a distinct taste of fresh prawn!). Insides were juicy and provided a warm flavor which gently permeated our senses 🤤
