Should have had this in this weather instead (it was scorching hot yesterday), but good BKT is good BKT!

The broth at Old Tiong Bahru BKT is rich and tasty with that very slight oiliness. What I loved was that it wasn't too peppery and really easy to keep slurping down. But the best part was that every dish here was great too. Minced meat omelette, braised trotters and large intestines were all must-orders. (Make sure you return the wet towels, it's 60c per piece! Thanks Veronica for the pro tip on Burpple 😉)
