The meat was flavourful and juicy! My first time eating xi an dishes and this was good! The bun was not too doughy and there was sufficient meat with every bite of the bun. Apparently this is traditionally eaten with the 凉皮 (not pictured), which was the opposite of this bun, lighter, tangy and more refreshing. Also, the sauces from the 凉皮are soaked up nicely with the bun! Worth a try!
