This stall has been in this food centre for ages... Since I was in primary school. The auntie at this shop recognizes me as the boy that always ask for more bean sprouts and vegetables. It must be the years of ensuring that the heat to combine the ingredients is right, the texture of the noodles is good and chewy, with all the fresh cockles and Lup Cheong (Chinese sausage) well cooked. If you honestly ask me, this stall still serves the best fried Kueh Teow in the eastern region for a relatively affordable price.
