🚫 Warning: Killer Queue and Wait time 🚫

The Burning Oak has been a wishlist of mine for a while now, and I finally had the chance to go down to try it! The queue to order was around 30 mins long and thereafter, I still had to wait another 30 mins for my food to be served. You know what they say though, "no pain, no gain".

I loved the color of the beef and it was definitely cooked well. Everything else including the rice was just rather average. Dang, but the pork cheek was really the star of the dish. One bite into it and I was already in awe. It was so soft and melted in my mouth; simply heavenly. Overall, it was a good dish but if you don't like queueing or waiting, this definitely isn't the store for you. 😔

They're currently having their latest WAGYU PROMOTION and all bentos come with rice, onsen egg, Japanese pickles and miso soup!
