I have never been a huge fan of black carrot cake as I prefer the white version, but this stall converted me with the sweet black soy sauce which caramelised during the cooking process. The dish was cooked in a wok on high heat which accentuated the charred taste and sweet chye poh flavour ๐ฅ
This store is arguably one of the best I have tried! Wish I could just have this everyday ๐
