Would have gotten the other beef but they ran out of it so it was the Roast Beef with Unagi instead - the tender roast beef was served medium rare and cold (which they inform beforehand to make sure you’re ok with it).

They also ran out of the self grated wasabi which I had heard so much about but it was still good.

Would’ve liked my unagi to be a little more charred but it was at least fresh and soft, and the sauces were not overwhelmingly sweet/ salty. Got the Hitsumabushi style and the dashi broth was great - very light and tasty! Even the soup served with their set had a nice hint of yuzu which I loved.
