As a Cantonese, I have a soft spot for Hong Kong style cafes/restaurants.

King Prawns in XO Sauce with Tossed Noodle 🍜 The noodles was a bit drying but tasted much better after tossing together with the broth. Esp love the freshness of those huge prawns & their XO sauce is amazing!! I even asked the staffs whether they sell it but sadly, they don't 😧
