Is it a #burger? No it’s a #burffle. A unique combination of burger and waffle, it was definitely interesting but slightly confusing on the taste buds. The waffle is crispy yet fluffy with slight butteriness and light flavours. While I do prefer a more flavorful waffle, this lighter version made sense given that all the other flavours are strong. The patty was nice & soft and I liked that there was a lot of vegetables to make one feel less sinful. But do eat it fast as the waffles got gradually soggy from the mayo sauce.
