2.5 munchies: These baby back ribs didn’t quite fall off the bone exactly the way ribs should be. Brushed with tangy BBQ sauce, each rack was smoked and grilled to tender – would have liked it to be less dry, more succulent and saucy, though. Crispy fries are served on the side.
