This was pretty interesting! The viet crackers were as crisp as a good keropok without the taste, but the spicy pulled pork packed a nice little punch 💥💥 Liked the subtle touch of salsa and avo mousse and this was definitely a side I enjoyed (over the rice paper rolls) 👍🏻👍🏻
