Each pack of the Damn Easy Hokkien Mee ($25) can feed 2-3 pax and the kit comes with all the necessary ingredients to prepare a damn good plate of hokkien mee within 10-15 minutes. Each ingredient is individually packed to ensure hygiene standards and you will get packs of pork & prawn broth, charred yellow and rice noodles, eggs, prawns & clams, pork lard & garlic oil, calamansi and XOXO crispy chilli in the kit. Simply follow the cooking instructions on the kit and even without any prior cooking experience, all you need to do is to throw in the ingredients in sequence into the wok, and you will get a damn good plate of hokkien mee in an umami pork prawn both within 10-15 minutes.
