This dish impressed me pretty much, particularly how the thick miso sauce complements the delicate fillet. Sauce is aromatic and flavourful; The chef revealed this is due to a special recipe of red wine and tonkotsu broth! That being said, the fillet is good in its own right with a good balance of crispness and tenderness. It makes a great alternative for folks who find pork loin a little fatty for their liking.

Set comes with rice, soup, pickles, water melon and roasted sesame with Goma bowl. What’s even better - rice & cabbage are free flow (yes!) and there is no service charge.
