So, so sinful and juicy. Really intense and oily on it's own, my eyes widened on the first bite but u definitely need the sour elements to balance it out or it's too rich. Stunning, but probably jelak for one pax.

P. S. too many times we've seen set menus where the restaurant puts in random, non-signature items. I assure you this isn't one of those times, and the items on the Burpple Set menu definitely lived up to their usual standards. For this level of cooking and satisfaction, the Burpple Set menu is a steal and highly recommended to anyone
