I've been missing this dish ever since I was first invited here by @verondiva a while back, and now this is included in their CNY menu.

This is like a thick shark cartilage soup, but definitely without shark fins. In its place is lobster meat, soaked in the bubbly stock of stock thickened by shark cartilage and fish maw cooked for 12 hours. The hot pot kept the stock piping hot from start to finish, and I finished every drop of sweet wholesome puree.

Their CNY set menu starts from $88++ per person, or $898++ per table of 10, and goes up to $2688++ per table. Besides this lobster pumpkin puree, some other specialty CNY dishes include: Crispy Fried Live Bi Feng Tang Prawns, Thirteen Wonder London Duck, Pan-seared Scallops stuffed with Prawn Paste and topped with Crab Roe, and Double-boiled Peach Resin with Fungus and Red Dates.
