Having Nasty Cookie’s premium Biscoff Cookie ($4.90), we were recommended to pair it with the Dulce De Leche which was a gooey condensed milk caramel. Of course, there was also a choice of the classic Nutella and marshmallow frosting filling.

Because I will take a soft cookie over a crunchy one on most days; I enjoyed the fact that their rendition came a little cakey. It tasted warm and unmistakingly spiced. Generously loaded with chocolate chips and studded with chunks of shortcrust biscuits, the combination wasn’t sickly sweet in my opinion. I could detect a good dose of saltiness in the dough to balance the flavours and counter the sweetness too.
