Their skewers came with different types of sauce/seasonings to choose from, mainly the homemade Thai sauce, teriyaki sauce, mala, Asian BBQ sauce and salt & pepper.

We tried some of the skewers with their Thai sauce, and mala.

🍖Thai-style Marinated Pork
Out of the skewers that we have ordered, find their Thai-style marinated pork the best, like really! And for the price, it’s like so much worth it than the rest (which we ordered)...

The pork was not greasy, not fatty, absence of that unpleasant porky smell, it’s tender and juicy, tasted almost like chicken meat! Not sure which part of the pork it was, I could not tell any fatty parts in it too!

The sauce coated on the pork tasted like Thai sweet sauce with a bit of smoky flavour...

This skewer I like!

🍗Chicken Thigh (with homemade Thai sauce)
The chicken thigh skewer with Thai sauce was quite decent, the chicken was a little firmer, and tasted more towards the sweeter note.

🍗Chicken Thigh (with mala seasonings)
The mala seasonings tasted like a mixture of mostly cumin and some chilli powder, doesn’t taste quite like mala, a little disappointed in this context. Otherwise the chicken thigh was quite okay.

🧀Cheese Tofu (with homemade Thai sauce)
Lastly, for the cheese tofu with Thai sauce, not sure why this combi just gave that sour note, not that pleasant though, suggest to skip.
