For sides, we went with the recommended Firecracker Chicken ($12), aka 辣子鸡. I like that it is not oily and the chicken bits are tender on the inside and crunchy on the outside. The dry chilli looks intimidating but it’s actually not very spicy - sinful but addictive:P We also ordered a few skewers and my favourite is the Pork Belly Enoki ($3) - I like the explosion of mushroom juice when you bite into the pork belly.
